A sophisticated, module oxygen - acetylene system for thermal showers designed for spraying wide range of alloys and other materials, perfect for many different applications. Can be used in automated applications for bulk production. The burner may be also used for making protective coatings and recovery of various mechanical elements; for ‘cold spraying’ RotoTec and ProXon® powders without deformation and structural changes of the sprayed element; for ‘hot spraying’ Eutalloy®RW powders in order to obtain compact coating without porosity. The possibility of using the wide range of alloys is ideal to obtain a perfect metal- metal friction resistance, abrasion resistance and erosion resistance.
